Resume of Paul H. Gross, C.C.M.
A personal note from Paul...
Thank you for considering me as your meteorology expert. I take a great deal of pride in my work, and you will see this immediately in the enthusiasm that I bring to the table. I am particularly cognizant of the professional ethics necessary to maintain the trust of the people I deal with in the legal field, and I expect to be treated in the same manner. Sometimes, you may not like the opinions I am sharing with you over the telephone, but they are the facts, and you need to accept this. I have never, nor will I ever, modify an opinion to enhance a client's position in a case. On rare occasions, an opinion needs to be reevaluated because a client provided me with incorrect initial information, or with new details that arose through the discovery process. However, this is uncommon. If you happen to work "against" me in a case, be assured that my opinions will be identical to what you would be hearing if I was consulting with your side. It is humbling that most of my clients who find themselves on the "other" side of a case simply stipulate to my conclusions, and these cases normally settle out of court.
